Insurers voice concern over precedent regarding birth control

President Barack Obama's plan to have insurers provide birth control for free to employees of religious organizations is raising questions among insurers about how the move will be implemented. "We are concerned about the precedent this proposed rule would set. As we learn more about how this rule would be operationalized, we will provide comments through the regulatory process," said Robert Zirkelbach, spokesman for America's Health Insurance Plans.
