Fla. district to expand its transitional work-skills program

Orange County Public Schools in Florida has 94 students with disabilities working at eight sites where district officials say they are learning job skills that can help lead to income after they become too old to attend the special-education program. The district plans to add seven more sites next year to serve more students.
