Mich. high school is set to add aviation program to curriculum

The school board in Howell, Mich., approved a program to add courses in aviation and firefighting to the high school curriculum, set to begin next fall. Aviation courses will be taught with the help of Crosswinds Aviation and the Experimental Aircraft Association. The program aims to prepare students for the Federal Aviation Administration exam by the end of the year.
