NCA sees rise in "everyday gourmet" products

Companies selling affordable gourmet confectionery products take more space each year at the annual Sweets & Snacks Expo, said Jenn Ellek, NCA director of trade communications. NCA president Larry Graham said large companies, including Hershey, Mars, Mondelez and Nestle, "have come up with all kinds of new interesting gourmet products."
