Virgin Hotels eyes brand differentiators ahead of launch

According to Virgin Hotel officials, the brand is starting to take shape: The first Chicago property is on target for a 2014 opening. "We will have translated very nicely the Virgin tone of voice into the hotel business at a time when consumers are looking for something just a little bit different," said Raul Leal, CEO of North America for Virgin Hotels.
