Midwest roofing companies get busy with ice dams

Roofing companies from Kansas to Michigan say they have been flooded with calls about problems with ice dams because of the longstanding cold weather in the Midwest, according to these reports. Roofing contractor Braden Castaner in Kansas said he looks forward to repairing more roofs once the snow melts, while Ted Malpass in Michigan said his business has grown more than 75% this year because of the demand.
