Plans advance for $2B mixed-use project in D.C.

This article has renderings of the Southwest Waterfront mixed-use project in Washington, D.C. The project, which will include apartments, condos, retail and office space, and cultural space will cost about $2 billion. Work is expected to start in March, and the first phase should be complete in 2017.
