Seattle Looks For Ways To Renovate Viaduct

Seattle is weighing its options in replacing the aging and seismically untested Alaskan Way Viaduct. Options include building an elevated road or a shallow cut and cover tunnel. Engineers have said fixing the viaduct or building a deep, bored tunnel are unfeasible.
