MeriStar reduces loss from improved Mid-Atlantic occupancy

MeriStar Hospitality says increased occupancy rates at its Mid-Atlantic hotels helped narrow fourth-quarter losses. The company reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $62 million, or 97 cents per share, compared with $125 million, or $2.76 cents per share, a year ago.
