Veoh, a Web TV service with 100,000 professional and user-generated videos, makes its debut today after 18 months of testing. The San Diego-based start-up, whose investors include former Walt Disney Co. CEO Michael Eisner, seeks to become a rival to YouTube, Joost and other video-sharing sites.
