Survey: Many teens unfamiliar with downloading laws

About half of U.S. teens say they don't know what content can be legally downloaded online, according to a new Microsoft online survey. Teens who were familiar with such laws were much more likely to be in favor of punishing illegal downloaders, although most view the behavior as far less offensive than common theft.
