Board: Uniforms to be required for high-schoolers

The Cleveland school board has approved a uniform for the city's high-school students, which will be required beginning in August. Students will have select colors to choose from, and must wear collared shirts or blouses, slacks or skirts and shorts or jumpers that come at least to the knee -- mirroring the uniforms that have been mandated in elementary schools for the past two years.
