Heart association gives thumbs-up to omega-6 fatty acids

Omega-6 fatty acids found in soybean oil, nuts and seeds can decrease the risk of heart disease, according to a science advisory from the American Heart Association. A meta-analysis of several trials shows a 24% drop in heart disease when saturated fats are replaced with omega-6.
