Canadian provincial leader says Keystone project could be "revived"

TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline could be "revived" after the U.S. presidential elections, said Ron Liepert, Alberta's finance minister. However, project delays are pushing Canada to search for crude-export alternatives, Liepert said. "Keystone is the project that makes the most sense but we can't put all our eggs in one basket," he added.
