Canada remains optimistic about Keystone XL approval in the U.S.

Canada still believes that TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline will secure U.S. approval, even though President Barack Obama left the project out of his State of the Union address, Canadian Natural Resources Minister Joe Oliver said. "I'm still cautiously optimistic about it, but we respect the U.S. approval process and they're going to make their determination, we hope, in the second quarter," Oliver said.
