Former Time Inc. executive Steve Sachs is joining content-marketing specialists OneSpot as the chief executive, with founder Matt Cohen becoming president. OneSpot works with brands such as Home Depot, Procter & Gamble and Unilever, creating real-time "online ad units that use material like articles, blog posts, white papers, video clips and comments in social media," writes Stuart Elliot.
