Survey: U.S. 4G subscribers happier with carriers, device

U.S. smartphone customers who subscribe to a 4G service are significantly more satisfied with both their carrier and their handset than non-subscribers, according to an On Device Research survey of 1,800 cellphone users. While owners of Android handsets were happier with their experience than those with Apple's iPhone 5, Apple still finished ahead of Google, Motorola Mobility, HTC and Samsung Electronics in terms of individual smartphone makers. A pair of Motorola-made devices topped the list.
