Global interest in ethanol leads Brazil to become even bigger production leader

Twenty years into the business, Brazil retains its title as the world's biggest ethanol producer and the country with the lowest-cost ethanol used as automobile fuel. Ethanol now comprises 25% of Brazil's fuel consumption, and growing international interest in the fuel is leading to investments from within Brazil and from abroad to make the nation's production even greater.
