U.S., South Korea close to naming program manager for $10B project

The U.S. and South Korea are close to choosing a program management team for an estimated $10 billion project to consolidate U.S. forces in the country and return developable property. Under the project, as many as 44,000 troops and family members would be moved from a location in Seoul and an area north of the city to an expanded base, Camp Humphreys. Program management teams on the short list for the project include AECOM, Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., Fluor Corp., KBR and CH2M Hill Cos.
