Chefs put best pork dishes to the test

Boston chefs come together this week to show off their skills at a competition with an unusual challenge -- cooking the best family-friendly pork dish. Chefs' variations included pork made with Japanese, Spanish and Tuscan flavors. The winning cook served a dish made with pork belly, miso butter, purple potatoes and the meat of braised baby back ribs.
