Study: Retail employees confused about DTV transition

Some consumers are confused about the upcoming switch to digital TV, but one study found that some retail employees are misinformed and doling out bad information to shoppers. Secret shoppers in North Carolina found that, 30% of the time, employees at Wal-Mart, Circuit City, Best Buy, Target and RadioShack gave incorrect answers when questioned about the date of the switch.
