IPhone application helps parents, students organize IEPs

A application for the iPhone or iPod Touch devices helps users organize individualized education plans. Created by a Virginia-based parent-training center, the IEP Checklist application provide legal tips as well as opportunities for users to record notes on the IEP process. "This application can empower families and equalize the relationship between families and professionals," one special-education advocate said.
