Producers warned about threat of agro-terrorism to S.D. economy

U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson called on ranchers and farmers in South Dakota to be on the lookout for agro-terrorism, which could put the state's largely agricultural economy in a serious bind. Speaking at the South Dakota Farmers Union's annual convention, Johnson said meat production and livestock are the segments of the agriculture industry most vulnerable to potential acts of terrorism.
