Michigan town's businesses fight back against neon-sign ban

Several businesses on Mack Avenue in Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich., have organized a petition drive to repeal a neon-sign ban enacted eight years ago that gave businesses with existing signs eight years to comply. "It would've been really easy to turn off my sign. It's just a sign. But it's about liberty for me," said business owner Alan Domzalski, who is leading the drive to put a repeal of the ban on the ballot in the next election.
