Many tax breaks would end under Obama's plan, Geithner says

President Barack Obama's proposal to change how the government taxes business would end "dozens and dozens" of tax breaks, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner told the Senate Finance Committee. He said the plan would preserve a few targeted tax breaks intended as incentives for "creating and building stuff in the United States."
