Buhler predicts compound chocolate growth

Sales of compound chocolate will grow faster than regular chocolate, predicts Buhler, which is introducing smaller-capacity processing machine for compound chocolate. "For compound chocolate, it's Asia and South America chocolate that is driving this growth," said marketing assistant Michael Blatter. "With strong growth in this area, we have decided to develop a solution."
