Consumers who post reviews mobile sites and applications are having a greater effect on conversions, Lauren Johnson writes. Branding Brand's Joey Rahimi says reading of products reviews on the company's mobile sites increases conversion by 29% and the value of the order by 13%. "Reviews help customers make the leap from consideration to purchase. This is especially important when big-ticket items are involved," Rahimi says.
