LBi in North America will be absorbed by MRY

The North American operations of LBi will not be part of the global merger of Digitas and LBi. Instead, MRY will take in the North American unit, with the new entity to be known simply as MRY. The change in plan may resolve a potential conflict posed by Digitas' General Motors account and LBi's Volvo work.
