SEC lacks resources to implement Dodd-Frank, chairman says

Elisse Walter, chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, is poised to tell members of the Senate banking committee that the agency does not have the resources needed to fully implement the Dodd-Frank Act. "If the SEC does not receive additional resources, I believe that many of the issues to which the Dodd-Frank Act is directed will not be adequately addressed," Walter is to say, according to her prepared remarks.
