U.S. military curfew in Japan undergoes changes

U.S. Forces Japan has eased the curfew for U.S. military service members, pushing back the start of curfew by one hour for those ranked E5 or below and dropping it completely for higher-ranked personnel. The Army and Air Force adopted the new rules immediately, but Navy officials have ordered a review before making any changes.
