Groups square off on fish consumption debate

While the Food and Drug Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency have set guidelines for tuna and farmed salmon consumption, manufacturers and some nutritionists contend it is more important to highlight the health benefits of the fish. Tuna sales dipped nearly 10% last year, while overall fish consumption increased 12%.
