Bernanke quells interest rate concerns

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke quelled mounting interest rate fears Wednesday while addressing the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee. Bernanke signaled growing confidence that inflation will drop because of the economy's steady growth. However, Bernanke did express concerns regarding tight labor markets and limited spare capacity that could cause inflation to jump.
