Dubai is proving itself to be a leader in the culinary and wine scene, with its eclectic eats, flavorful cuisine and unique ingredients garnering attention from around the world. "Dubai is the up-and-coming culinary destination that will, in a very short time, rival the likes of cities such as Hong Kong, New York and Paris," Darrell O'Neill, chef de cuisine of Al Mahara restaurant in the Burj Al Arab hotel, said. "It's exciting to be a part of this cutting-edge culinary scene."
