China's credit-tightening shakes global markets

The Chinese central bank ordered banks to increase reserves for a second time this year. The credit-tightening move raised concerns in markets around the world. "It's a global economy and it's becoming more and more global," said David Wyss, chief economist for Standard & Poor's. "You have to pay attention to what's happening in the world's No. 2 economy."
