Educators conduct parent-teacher conferences via Skype

A number of Nebraska districts are using Skype videoconferencing to provide virtual face-to-face communication between educators and parents who are unable to attend meetings at the school. "We have a fairly large number of students who have parents in the military," one school's counselor said, "We're trying to offer a means for them to communicate with the children's teachers."
