Entrepreneurs take risks with startups in down economy

Massachusetts entrepreneurs Annette Tolini Nealon and Lisa Oates took a chance when they opened their new shops, Threads in Hopkinton and the Treasure Chest in Shrewsbury. Andre Porter, executive director of the SBA's Office of Small Business and Entrepreneurship in the state, said the job market has left many people feeling they have no choice but to start their own companies.
