Instructional facilitators improve teaching in Wyoming schools

More than 400 Wyoming teachers act as instructional facilitators to help improve teaching and learning at the state's public schools. The facilitators work with teachers on effective teaching models and practices, professional development, instructional strategies, effective uses for student data and other needs. To qualify as an instructional facilitator, teachers must have five years of experience and either National Board Certification or a master's degree.
