School lunch reforms in the works

The U.S. Department of Agriculture plans to introduce new rules to ensure the safety of food it buys for school lunches. The reforms, set to be introduced by summer, will include tighter regulations for the purchase of ground beef, followed by new safety rules for poultry, eggs and produce.
