Study: Mexican-Americans are top peers in weekly exercise

A study of 10,000 people found that Mexican-Americans as a group are the most likely to meet national goals for weekly exercise. Researchers found about 27% of Mexican-Americans were moderately active for at least 30 minutes five times per week or vigorously active for 20 minutes three times per week compared with 20% of whites and 15% of blacks.
