Survey: 2010 better year for loan production

An increased number of lenders surveyed this year say loan production will increase in 2010. Furthermore, 43% of respondents expect volumes to be more than double what was sourced in 2009, with expected production ranging from $2 billion to $4 billion, according to Jones Lang LaSalle's 2010 Lenders' Production Expectations Survey.
