Talecris shareholders approve planned merger with Grifols

Talecris Biotherapeutics shareholders on Monday gave the nod for the company's planned merger with Spanish firm Grifols. The Federal Trade Commission still is reviewing the plan to ensure that it will not lead to an increase in prices of blood plasma-based drugs. Wall Street analysts are confident the deal will push through.
