Colo. county's leaders recommend new airport terminal

County commissioners have chosen a plan for Aspen-Pitkin County Airport in Aspen, Colo., that includes a new terminal. Construction of the terminal would cost $98.4 million to $121.8 million, depending on whether the design includes surface parking or a parking garage. The two-story terminal would cover 80,000 square feet.
