N.C. district adopts universal breakfast program

A North Carolina school district in March will begin offering free breakfast to all students. Lunch prices will rise by 10 cents beginning in the next school year, the first increase in at least two years. Officials say they expect to receive more money from the federal government by increasing participation in the breakfast program, now at about 30% of students.
