Study finds veteran teachers are more confident using technology

Veteran teachers -- rather than their younger counterparts -- may be leading the way when it comes to experimenting with new technology in the classroom, a study finds. Researchers with the nonprofit Media Awareness Network in Canada found, among other things, that new teachers may not enter the profession knowing how to apply technology to learning, and suggested that more technology training be included in teacher-preparation programs.
