Delmarva Public Radio to be preserved under new parent

Delmarva Public Radio will get a new parent -- Salisbury University -- and a new home on the campus, and WSCL will retain its classical music programming under a plan proposed by SU President Janet Dudley-Eshbach. However, a partnership would be sought with an existing news operator to help run NPR-format sister station WSDL.
