N.Y. boy with severe allergies uses a robot to attend school

A second-grade student with life-threatening allergies attends Winchester Elementary School in West Seneca, N.Y., with the help of a robot. The student controls the robot, equipped with a microphone and video camera, remotely from home and uses it to attend class, hang out with friends at recess and participate in class performances in the auditorium.
