Obama's speech touches on several small-business issues

During his State of the Union address, President Barack Obama discussed immigration reform, the need to simplify the tax code, his plan to raise the minimum wage and other topics that could have an impact on small-business owners. Multi-unit franchisee Sean Falk said that increasing the minimum wage would "be a 28% increase in my payroll each year."
