Tenn. district to offer incentives to spur diversity

Nashville, Tenn., officials are hoping to create more diverse schools by offering incentives designed to persuade parents to enroll their children in certain schools. While details of the plan have yet to be spelled out, other school systems have used magnet programs to attract students.
