Joint venture plans $500M mixed-use project in Chicago

Chicago-based Capri Capital Partners is teaming with Judson Investment Co. on a joint venture to build a 1 million square-foot mixed-use project in Chicago. The estimated $500 million project, called the Metropolis for the South Side of Chicago, will be built in three phases, with the first phase including two six-story, curvilinear buildings that will include two stories of retail space.
