Seattle landscape designer on forefront of sustainability

This year's Northwest Flower & Garden Show in Seattle features many sustainable gardens, but landscape designer Cameron Scott was at the forefront of the trend. The owner of Exteriorscapes designed "green" gardens for the show as early as 2003 and applies several techniques to create sustainability. Scott uses screws instead of nails on decks and arbors so the wood can be recycled and also favors dry-stone walls made without mortar for natural beauty.
